A small studio by the sea
Lido began with two friends, a sewing machine and a summer of swimsuits that would not stay put. We still cut every style in our own studio a short walk from the water.
Every print is painted by hand, every pattern tried in the sea before it goes on sale.
How we make
Recycled, lined and made to last
Our fabric is spun from old fishing nets and factory offcuts. Every swimsuit is fully lined, sewn with strong seams and tested in salt water and chlorine before we make more than a handful.
